We do a lot of event planning at Baudville, and we always start every event with a theme. Since Customer Service Week is coming up October 1-5, 2012, we’re already brainstorming a new theme to wow our employees. We’d love to tell you what we’re thinking, but it’s a surprise!
We can tell you about our favorite Customer Service Week themes for 2012. When you coordinate your event around a theme, it will be more memorable and impactful. Baudville employees still talk about our Baudville Olympics and Made in Michigan themed events!
Get your employees talking about Customer Service Week with these four theme ideas:
You Rock! This theme needs little explanation! The fun colors and catchy sentiment say it all, plus it’s easy to think of activities and prizes. Challenge your team’s musical abilities by playing Rock Band or Guitar Hero and create your own rock and roll trivia game. Pass out Twist Top Tumblers with You Rock Lollipops and Pop Rocks as prizes.
We Appreciate You! When your customer service staff feels appreciated and engaged, your customers will be engaged. And when your customers are engaged, they’ll do more business with you! Remind your team of their important role in the organization with the We Appreciate You! Customer Service Week theme. Give each team member a Celebration Gift Set as a token of your appreciation.
You Are O’Fishially Awesome! Don’t be shy during Customer Service Week about the greatness of your team. Let the whole organization know they’re awesome! Celebrate with the Attitude is Everything theme by giving your team goldfish crackers and a Spinner Key Chain personalized with their name.
2012 Making a Difference! Inspire your team to reach their 2012 goals with this Customer Service Week theme. Share stories of successes and accomplishments from the year with your team and pass out LED lapel pins for them to wear. Before Customer Service Week is over, give every team member a Journal Gift Set with a personal note from their manager on the inside cover.
