Customer Service Recognition Week is annually celebrated during the first full week of October to recognize the contributions of front-line staff. Customer Service Recognition Best Practices
This Recognition Best Practice idea comes from Baudville and is an example of one of our Customer Service Recognition Week Events.

Last year for Customer Service recognition week, we had a Star Performer Hollywood theme. To make employees feel like celebrities, two of our employees went around the entire building holding a “mobile photo shoot.” They had a bag of props – scarves, hats, sunglasses – and a cardboard cut out celebrity they took with them. Almost everyone in the company had their picture taken dressed up with the cutout. We then scrolled all the pictures over our communication monitors which are positioned throughout the building. It was a lot of fun to bring the pictures out again at our year-end party!
