"Last year for Customer Service week, we had a Hollywood theme. To make employees feel like celebrities, two of our employees went around the entire building holding a “mobile photo shoot.” They had a bag of props – scarves, hats, sunglasses – and a cardboard cut out celebrity they took with them. Pictures were taken of almost every employee dressed up with the cutout. We then scrolled all the pictures over our communication monitors which are positioned throughout the building. It was a lot of fun to bring the pictures out again at our year-end party!
