"Our Operations departments get together once a quarter to have a Reward & Recognition Fun Day. They pick a theme, create a game and give rewards and recognition to the employees that went above and beyond their daily routine that quarter. We also provide lunch and have drawings for prizes. Everything about the recognition fun day is geared toward working as a team.

The Recognition Fun Days lift the employees’ morale and assist them in working as a team. They also give us – as a company – a chance to recognize those employees that have extended themselves for the good of the team."
