sweet treat to employees. One year, our managers gave each of their
employees a Tote Bagfilled with a Twist Top Tumbler and a jar of Sweet Treats. The jelly beans made for a quick

2. Get the entire
team involved in recognition. Create a short-term peer-to-peer

their tokens to each other to express their appreciation. At the end of the
period, recognize those who received the most tokens from their peers.

Appreciation Day ideas don’t have to be limited to just the four walls of

letters off via snail mail. Everyone loves getting letters—what a great way to
end the week!
