"We surprised our staff with an appreciation day just for them. This included a delicious lunch and banners throughout the department. We had pencils printed with our team theme "Q&A all the way." Our team theme was also on the banners. We passed out goodie bags that had a snack that represented all the great things that our team does that means so much to us, and we used balloons to decorate our area."
