Since its inception in 1983, Baudville has been an active contributor to both local and international community organizations. The company has historically focused its giving for children's issues including children with disabilities, disadvantages and health struggles. Baudville has a formalized charitable giving program, Baudville's Helping Hand, which focuses its efforts toward a mission that seeks to provide children with lives of hope, dignity and purpose. It will achieve this through active support of charitable organizations working in the areas of education, public health, social justice, and environmental preservation.

Baudville often supports charitable organizations through product donations. Product donations are carefully reviewed to ensure that the organization and the use of the products align with the mission of Baudville's Helping Hand.
