Baudville will award $1,000 in recognition products to most “liked” team on Facebook

Grand Rapids, MICH. – At Baudville, the leading provider in day-to-day recognition and award solutions for the workplace, Customer Service Week is an annual week-long celebration for the entire company. This year, Baudville will be recognizing customer service teams beyond its four walls, too.
Baudville will give national recognition to top customer service teams through its Service Super Hero Facebook Contest beginning this week. Teams can nominate themselves for the chance to win $1,000 Baudville credit to go towards the purchase of employee recognition products and gifts.
To enter, customer service teams must submit a team photo and brief paragraph explaining what makes their team great. The winning entry will be selected by Baudville’s fans on Facebook who will vote for their favorite customer service team by liking the nominated teams. Voting is open Monday, September 20, through Sunday, September 26, and winners will be announced on Monday, September 27.
The Service Super Hero Facebook Contest also promotes Baudville’s new product collection, Service Super Hero, designed for this year’s Customer Service Week celebrations. Items in the Service Super Hero theme can be purchased for less than $10 each making them affordable recognition options for customer service teams of all sizes. The bright colors and witty sentiments are designed to bring a fun and celebratory tone to Customer Service Week.
Celebrated annually during the first week of October, National Customer Service Week is designed to recognize customer service professionals and their critical role in businesses across the nation. Often referred to as the face of a business, customer service representatives have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction and retention.
