We used these to put acheivement certificates in... They look sharp but were a pain to insert the papers. Since the paper (8.5 x 11)is somewhat smaller than the envelope, the paper got caught in the side folds everytime we went to put them in. I would pruchase them again, it just takes a bit to get your certificates loaded into them.

Good quality materials, but a little hard to use. I find that the two flaps in the back (where the front of the envelope is folded around and glued to the back) are too close to the edge, so they catch the edges of the certificate all the time, making imsertion a bit diffcult when you're filling as many envelopes as I am. Also, I'm sorry they don't come in dark blue like many of the other certificate folders Baudville has.

We use these envelopes for academic award certificates. We prefer the black envelopes as they offer a much classier presentation/appeal than the white envelopes. Been buying them for several years!
