I have ordered similar products from your company in the past and have ALWAYS been pleased. However, this time was not as great as it should have been. I am glad that I opened the product first to inspect because if I would have given this to my employee I would have been very embarrassed. The plaque was completely off the board and looked as if someone took 2 strips of masking tape and slapped it on there. Very upsetting for me as a consumer to see the poor craftmanship.

After the second delivery attempt of the product, it still had a gold scratch marks on the black background. I would pre-order well in advance to allow sufficient amount of time to correct if any problems occur. It did have a nice box, pen and pin that came along with the product.

I use this product for a anniversary for a bussiness who has been running for 15 years! Done very proffesionally, I was impressed. The pin even includes 15 years anniversary and pen. The pen did not work, what a deception and the printing on the pen suppose to be gold but is faded.
