I have ordered similar products from your company in the past and have ALWAYS been pleased. However, this time was not as great as it should have been. I am glad that I opened the product first to inspect because if I would have given this to my employee I would have been very embarrassed. The plaque was completely off the board and looked as if someone took 2 strips of masking tape and slapped it on there. Very upsetting for me as a consumer to see the poor craftmanship.
