Our department chose to celebrate Employee Appreciation Day throughout the month of March with various activities. One main activity was for everyone to nominate a coworker that embodies our Mission, Vision and Principles, our "MVP" award. We liked the words on this trophy and we liked the price point. I wished it was a little bigger, but it came very quickly.

I really liked what the trophy said and how it looked, however the looseness detracted from it's overall appearance and made it look cheap. It was presented as a retirement gift. B. Jamison

I purchased this product to recognize a colleague who was retiring from his position in a state appointment. The sentiment is nice, and overall it worked out well.

My one complaint is that the front piece (glass) flopped around and wasn't fixed securely to the wood piece. When it's set on a table, it's fine, but handing it to someone was clumsy. Needs either a base or a tighter connector that would hold both pieces securely fixed.

Overall, a nice product.
