Beautiful award that is lovely on display and makes an impression when presented at a ceremony!

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was extremely fast. Customer service was excellent. The only issue was that many of the awards had fingerprints all over them and had to be cleaned.

Delivery was actually quicker than expected. Out of 130 only 1 was scratched which I think is excellent. It was also replaced immediately.

I feel the price is a little high, but I was able to combine with a coupon code which was easily facilitated with my direct contact. I would prefer there be a clear file over the trophy as it gets very smudged from holding. I like the approval process and turnaround time was perfect!
