Arrived in timely manner. Out of 58 trophies only one had a tiny chip which was replaced asap. Packing for shipments could be better as the boxes upon arrival were very very bad shape. Glad no more than one was chipped.

We use this as a Top Achiever Award for our sales associates. It's very heavy and made of glass, not acrylic, so the perceived value to the winner is that it's an extremely expensive award which makes them feel even more proud of their achievement.

It arrives in a beautiful presentation box and packed very well. I order these annually and I've never received one damaged.Shipping is prompt and hassle free!

The award is beautiful and impressive. The winner really appreciated the recognition and the award itself. The only negative is that it isn't avilable without the canned text. I understand a lot of customization might not be an option, but I'd have liked the choice to not have the preprinted message at all, and only have the traditional 3 lines (name, company, date, award name, etc.) offered on other similar trophies. We had to make due with a message that wasn't really on point. All that being said, it is impressive and makes a very positive statement.

Service and delivery comments:

Fast delivery, but there was a flaw in the award. QC should have caught it before going out, but customer service after the fact was top notch. We called and a replacement was sent out fast, and with no hassle. Five-stars for service.
