      We used this award for our top three prizes. They are beautifully etched and look gorgeous in their stand. However, when I opened the boxes, the stands were scratched and the award glass was chipped. I called Baudville and they sent three more out - free of charge. When I took the new ones out, they were scratched and chipped as well. This time I emailed Baudville and sent them pictures. I was frantic because I needed the awards in two days. They shipped them overnight, again, free of charge. They were very helpful and I would most definately order from them again.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

          The actual product is even better than what is shown in the picture. The plaque was heavyweight and sturdy. The quality of the colors and etching was beautiful. It really surprised our boss when we presented it to her.
          It was totally worth it to order this product on-line! The operator was so helpful. The price was great too!
