      I work in a client focused non-profit arena. This trophy was purchased out of the necessity of a small budget. But WOW - when they arrived they were beautiful and high quality. At the awards ceremony, all the staffers noted the size and weight and were blown away by how I had gone "all out" for the awards. One of my recipients even cried because it was "just so pretty."       I was so excited when I ordered this trophy. I wanted to give it to my boss on my last day of work. I was so disappointed when I received it. All the etching on one side of the trophy was missing, including the name. I had to send the product back, and look for something else. The quality of this product was very poor. I would imagine that the person who made or packaged this trophy should have noticed, but they still sent it to me. I probably will never order from Baudville again.
