              The design of these awards are great but due to the way they are manufactured the man on the tip of the award has a tendency to break during shipping. We experienced this twice prior to our event. As a result - we presented a broken one, and replaced it when one arrived unbroken. On the original shipment 1 of 4 was broken.

              Service and delivery comments:

              Customer service in replacing the broken award was AWESOME! Can't say enough about how quickly Baudville jumped into action both times in an attempt to rectify the situation. That's why I always come back. Great customer service.
