Love it! Love it! Love it!

This trophy was a gift for our boss who was recently promoted to another location within our company. The message was a perfect fit for how we wanted to thank him for his excellent leadership for over 13 years. The quality is outstanding. It looks great, and our boss LOVED it. He was very touched, and he'll be able to proudly display this in his new office.

The first one I ordered came in with a large crack on the wood frame. I called customer services and Marcia sent out another one immediately. Unfortunately when I received that one it was also cracked. The third was fine. Marcia Salgat, from customer service, was wonderful. She had another one shipped and it arrived the next day. We also had issues with returning the cracked product and she was very helpful. Overall Customer Service was amazing, the product not so much.
