I was in a pinch to order service pins that another compnay was not able to get for me. The Baudville sales person was efficient, courteous and very helpful. I was able to get the pins in no time at all. I will definitely be ordering from Baudeville in the future.

Tomato Soup Red
We gave these out for our employee's anniversaries. The color of red was very disappointing. It wan't a rich red that one would have expected. It was the color of tomato soup.

Like these pins, they are exactly what we are wanting. We order them every year to acknowledge our long term employees. The only thing we would change is the lapel back, seems to not want to stay and always have to order extra backs, but the pin itself is are sharp looking.

One of several pins we use to recognize milestone years for our fire dept volunteers. Very nice look. My only complaint would be that the shaft of the pin and cap for it are sometimes too bulky when pinned on the shoulder of a garment rather than a collar.

Service and delivery comments:
The online interface stated they were out of the blue when we ordered, so we went with red. The online stock totals apparently did not match what was actually in stock and we wound up with a presentation without a pin. The employee then quit before we could get the pin to them. So customer service fell short of the mark.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
