Below are some ideas that can be easily incorporated into customer service appreciation week celebrations:  

Create the right atmosphere

Thank your representatives for their valuable contributions with certificates, awards and special gifts.  Maybe place a gift at their workstation each morning during customer service appreciation week.

Host a stress relief break during customer service appreciation week. Ask customer service reps to share ideas for reducing stress, review deep-breathing techniques and provide hands-on tools to recharge and refresh.  

Have fun
Games and contests of all kinds are great for relieving stress and building teamwork in your customer service department. Plan an activity for each day and be sure to award prizes to everyone.
