Caught in the Act Employee Awards Encourage Teamwork

“Trying to find a way to encourage teamwork, I began our "Caught in the Act" program.  Co-workers nominate their peers who go the extra mile for each other. They are also able to nominate a staff member who demonstrates exceptional customer service.  Those who win the employee award receive a "You Make a Difference" certificate signed by the president of the bank and a themed gift bag. Everyone looks forward to our next employee award.”
