I would make the product a little bigger. Other than that I think the tags are GREAT.

I gave everyone one pen and one of the items from the Cheers Kit. They really liked them along with the pens. I was not happy with the type of paper because it was hard to write the comments on. The paper/magnets were too slick so the pens ran no matter what type of pen I used. I would have liked to have the option to choose which items came in the box because I have 11 people and couldn't give everyone the same item. Over all I didn't think it was worth what I paid for the item. Sorry.

I like that there are a variety of "Thanks" options in the kit because one redundant item takes away from the meaning of the praise. This allows me to be creative and apply a "Thanks" that is more suited for the action that has taken place. I am a HUGE believer that if, as a manager, you are going to offer corrective measures, you must praise the positive!
