Good token of appreciation but expensive

We used these tokens at an staff retreat day. We gave them to the employees and told them not to keep them, but to give them to another employee who they felt did exceptional service. These were well received. Using the envelopes to go with them, they made a nice remembrance of the day and encouraged all of us to remember those who work with us.
Although these ceramic tokens are nice, I really would have preferred the former "gold" coins with the same messages on them. They would have made a better impact, I believe. But these are no longer available on the Baudville website. So we purchased these instead.
Overall, a good product.

We have used the tokens to give every employee the opportunity to recognize a co-worker. The tokens & envelopes are stored in my office, but all are welcome to take one to give to their co-workers to express appreciation for a job well done, special assistance, or going above and beyond. This has worked well for us.

These tokens were neat and I couldn't wait to get them. I also purchased the cards to put them in, which I'm glad I did because they seem silly to hand out on their own. The tokens are only one sided, which I was a little dissapointed with. To jazz them up, I plan to write messages on the blank side with a permanent marker to personalize them more.
