"Unified Face" Gets a Boost

Our department reorganized this year, which included the hiring of a new Director. His task to keep the department moving forward with the miriad of projects on our plate, but also raise the moral of staff that were noticibly not happy. His mantra was "Unified Face." We used these 'Lead by Example' tokens to thank the leadership team (from the CIO down to the front line supervisors) for their hard work during the first 6 months of the reorganization and to have an opportunity to look forward to the next 6 months.

They were very well received and the gesture was appreciated.

Great presentation. Professional gift that appealed to male and female professionals alike. Giftset packing perfect no bag needed. Pen lighter weight than expected, but still elegant. Assembly takes a little time. May have to wipe off window on box. Workers who assembled must have had dirty hands-fingerprints on some. Had to fix one of the pens. Delivery quick.

We are giving the gifts to our managers when they get their raises. They lead the departments and our workforce, and we want to show our appreciation of their efforts.
We love the pen/key chain set and think it will be received enthusuastically.

This was a service award State Level for art teachers. It was exactly what I wanted and the sentiment was perfect. The service was amazing. I ordered it on Monday, had 2 e-mails within the hour letting me know it was pulled for delivery. The package was on my doorstep the next morning.
