This was bigger than expected, and just as pictured! I'm using it to encourage positive attitudes in our team. The person who gets the rock for doing something well and/or helping someone out, must then pass it along to another person for another good deed within three days. So far, it seems to be encouraging focus on positive instead of negative. I would definitely buy this again!

This product was used particularly for NAAMS week in appreciation of our Credentialing dept as well as our Recruiting team and Scheduling team. The whole department loved it. Thought it was a great way to say we are a great team and we "Rock". There were several jokes mentioned about throwing back to the boss (this comment WAS from the boss) everyone was tickled to receive this gift. The best part of it was the wirting on the rock....No mention of any negatives things about it! Was a great choice. thanks!
