Such a simple, yet eye catching way to say "Thanks", "Good Job" or "Way to go!" They don't take up that much space for the recipient which is very beneficial in our Call Center environment.

I bought this for the employees in my department to use to help boost morale. I had it in the front office and people from other departments visiting our office took half of them the first day I put them out! I think they are a great tool... if people actually use them. If there are already major issues in an office, this might not "fix" them, but it's a great tool if you lead by example and hand them out to people first.
