            Pads DO NOT stick to cardboard back. Baudville claims there's an issue with the adhesive. Reordered 4 times. Same issue each time. Finally had to cancel order and get money refunded.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

                        This is a great way to utilize day-to-day recognition in a pen & paper format. We posted our Shout Out wall in a hallway where anyone and everyone has a chance to write a nice note to a co-worker.

                        Only thing I would change: I wish the pricing was a little bit cheaper. Or, it would be nice to have refills so that you didn't have to purchase the entire "Shout Out" board from scratch!
