Greeting Card Personalization & General Information To order, select cards from the categories on the left side of your screen. Click on a specific card image for card details and pricing. Enter the desired quantity in the box and click "Personalize and Add to Shopping Cart." Cards are available in increments of 25. After adding the cards to your cart you will be prompted to begin the card personalization process. There are many options when personalizing your greeting cards; here is a little more detail to help you decide which personalization options will best meet your needs. Verse Personalization All greeting cards are available with your choice of over 70 pre-written and pre-designed verses! In themes such as birthday, welcome, thank you, anniversary, you make the difference, essential piece, holiday and so much more, you'll find exactly what you wanted to say within seconds! Want to write your own verse? Go right ahead! All of our ink verse options are FREE! Write your own custom verse with up to 12 lines of text for no extra charge. For an additional $35 our team of graphic designers will make your custom verse look just as beautiful and professional as one of our pre-written verses. [back to top] Ink Personalization All greeting cards are offered with or without your personal imprint on the cards under the verse. Our pricing includes up to 4 lines of ink personalization FREE in the ink color of your choice (choose from red, blue, green and black ink). Choose your favorite font style and simply type in your personalized message. You will be able to preview all of your card's personalization on a pdf preview at the end of the personalization process. All personalization text will be the same for every card in the quantity ordered. To order the same card, or another card, with different personalization simply add more to your cart and go through the personalization process again.
[back to top] Foil Personalization Increase the value of your greetings by adding a foil imprint! All Grand Events and Holiday Greetings are offered with or without your personal foil imprint on the cards under the verse. For a one-time $12 set-up fee and an additional $0.10 per card you may have your verse and personalization foil-stamped in the color of your choice (choose from red, blue, green, gold and silver foils). Choose your favorite font style and simply type in your personalized message. You will be able to preview all of your card's personalization on a pdf preview at the end of the personalization process. All personalization text will be the same for every card in the quantity ordered. To order the same card, or another card, with different personalization simply add more to your cart and go through the personalization process again.
[back to top] Logo & Signature Imprinting There is a one-time, $35.00 set-up fee any time that you add art (your logo and/or personal signatures) to your greeting card. Once we have your logo and/or signature on-file, your $35 set-up fee will be waived on future orders. To have your logo printed on your cards, simply select the "Yes, I would like to add my logo for an additional $35" button on the card personalization screen. Once your order is processed you will receive an email from our graphics department requesting your camera-ready art file. You may send a black & white logo slick or black & white original art to 5380 52nd St SE Grand Rapids, MI 49512 or e-mail logo art to artwork@BaudvilleGreetings.com. Electronic files must be high resolution, at least 300 DPI (600 DPI preferred). Acceptable file formats are TIFF, EPS, and PDF. To have your signature imprinted, include several samples of your signature in black ballpoint ink on white paper and send those images in the same format that the logo has been requested in.
[back to top] Envelope Addressing To save time, let us address the outside flap of our envelopes for you. For a one-time $10 set-up fee and an additional $0.05 per envelope we will add your return address in the ink color to match your card on the back flap of your envelope. To make an even better impression, let us stamp the address in a matching foil for a $12 set-up fee and an additional $0.10 per envelope. [back to top] Envelope Options All cards include blank envelopes. Grand Events cards include matching silver or gold foil-lined envelopes and Classic Celebrations include exclusively-designed white envelopes with a festive star and swirl pattern inside. Save time by upgrading your foil-lined envelopes to the Peel-and-Seal option for an additional $0.12 per card. This is a great feature when you're sealing multiple cards at one time. [back to top] Card Pricing Most companies inflate their prices and then offer deep discounts throughout the year to persuade you to purchase. With Baudville Greetings there are no gimmicks. Our low prices beat out the competition every day – no expiration dates, no tricks, just great quality cards with great service. Plus, all of our cards are designed and sold exclusively by Baudville Greetings so you won't be able to find our cards any where else in the market. Quantity pricing is based on total of all each card design ordered. For example, to receive the 150-card pricing you will have to order 150 of one card design. Greeting card pricing is not mix-and-match at this time. Extra envelopes are not included in quantity discounts. [back to top] Delivery Information Baudville Greetings offers the fastest turnaround time in the industry! We get your products to you fast! Any order for under 2,000 ink personalized cards placed and approved* before 6pm (EST) will ship out the following business day after the order is placed. Card orders with foil verses or personalization my take up to 5 days to process and produce, this does not include shipping time. During peak times (Sept.-Dec.) your order may take longer. *All orders containing personalization will have to go through a proof approval process. Once your order is processed you will be emailed or faxed a proof that you must sign off on and return before production will begin. [back to top] Payment Options Online orders can be charged to American Express, Master Card or Visa. Established customers may bill orders to a Baudville account. Your account will be established after your first credit card or mail-in check order. An established account is required for billed orders. First time orders please use a credit card to establish your account. International orders must be paid by credit card. [back to top] Shipping Charges Shipping charges are based on the quantity of items ordered. Shipping charges are higher for orders shipped outside the continental US. Please note that products from different order types will be charged one shipping charge per order type. For a shipping charge quote, call 1-866-978-8700.  Shipping to Canada Your order will be shipping from the United States. Shipping charges for orders shipped to Canada do not include applicable duties and customs brokerage fees. Shipping charges on your order also do not include Canadian sales taxes. All duties, taxes and fees will be due by the customer when the order enters Canada. NOTE: If you are ordering for a business, you MUST include a company name on your shipping address in order to qualify for commercial tax rates. ALL shipments to Canada are required to ship VIA DHL EXPRESS. We do not mail or use ground delivery methods.
