I used the item for celebrating work anniversaries. We wanted to personalize the item, so attached a label with the employee name and years of service at the bottom. We looked for gold labels, but since we couldn't find any, we improvised with parchment and printed them out and glued them on.
We also would have preferred to have the puzzle piece with the red star (heart?) on it but were told the pins were not interchangeable. That would have been a nice option.

We use these as graduation recognition plaques for our new hire trainees when each class is completed. Reinforcing that everyone is an 'essential piece' of our team helps create a welcome message. We frame them and add each new hire's name to the card using a clear address label. Everyone loves them.

We will use these as a motivating, team player type presentation. The verse is wonderful, red card stock is great, but wish the font was bigger and a bit more of a contrast to the color of card. This will be used to give to Veterans and Spouses that might be elderly so message needs to be more clear. Maybe even larger. We are looking forward to seeing the response from the recipients. Hopefully they will be as excited to receive this package as we are to give. We will be handing out the cards on June 21. My husband will be installed as the California State Commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars on June 20th.
