We use this product to recognize departing instructors of a Government Program. The pins were perfect for our purpose, the owl pin and the saying on the card were perfect for teachers/instructors.

Beautiful presentation, I really like how you can "personalize" each card by choosing a different saying that is unique to the person. Baudville was convienient [...]. I purchased this item to recognize a member of my staff that was retiring. I wish the character pin and the card would have been bigger and that is the only reason it did not get 5 stars.
