This is my third bunch of Lapel Pin orders from Baudville upon discovering them in a catalogue that came to our Preschool after I took over as Director. As the new Director I wanted to show how much I appreciated the staff for their support upon taking this big role and responsibility! I started Lamplighter Preschool's first Staff Appreciation Day three years ago, and presented everyone with their first Lapel Pins that signified their personality, their dedication to the children and their work. I show my thanks at Christmas time and at EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION Appreciation Day every October for the past two years with Baudville Lapel Pins. They also have the Silver Frame to collect them on! At their yearly Performance Review, I may sneak in another Lapel Pin!

Baudville's price is right, the quality is fabulous, their quick easy service is excellent and it's exciting to receive them only a few days after I place my order! From the 'ABOVE AND BEYOND' pin, to the 'FILE UNDER FANTASTIC' pin, the 'MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR OUR KIDS' pin, all the way to the Christmas SNOWMAN – CHEER TO OUR YEAR Character Pin with card, my staff always say "Awww!" and look to the others and comment "What did you get?!" back to the "Awwww"'s! There are even one's that I have purchased for myself….just because......I am also an 'ESSENTIAL PIECE' to this team of great ladies that care for the community's children! Thanks Baudville!
