      We ordered these pins to give to our staff during our ongoing capital campaign. We have 108 staff (of all ages and with very differnt finacial means) and were wanting 100% participation from them, whether a $1 or more; showing support of our ongoing campaign. We knew this would be huge as we went to our community asking for their financial support for our campaign.
      This pin was a perfect way to show each staff who was willing to be a part of our campaign. But it also had more meaning than that. Since we are a skilled nursing home, our staff is "an essential piece to our success"! They are the ones caring for our residents daily.

      Our only complaint about these pins is that a few of the backs wouldn't stay on the pin.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
