This is an AWESOME way to organize and display the label pins we hand out to our star performers or for GREAT teamwork.

The only thing I would change is the way it is packaged. One side of the plastic piece that covers the picture does not have a protective lining on it which can cause it to get scratch up in transit.

I bought these for my team to hold a team picture after a team builder. I also purchased some team pins to put around it. The only complaint I have with the frame was the way it was packaged. One side of the plexi-glass frame was covered with a protective film, unfortunantly that film faced the outside. When the frame in in the box, even with all of the padding the glass still moves around as it is only held on my 4 magnets. So when it moved around the side without the protective film rubbed against the frame and left scrath marks. I was not able to get the scratch marks out and all 7 frames had the same problem. Luckily when a picture was put behind it, the scratches were not super obvious.

This is the 6th of these that I have purchased. Each member of my staff proudly displays this frame in their office with all of their pins and charms. I can't imagine purchasing my recognition items anywhere else!
