Very Professional

We had used the same service awards for years. Recently in an effort to reduce expenses we decided to change the style to a less expensive version. When we received the pins from Baudville I was so impressed! For less than half of the cost of our previous pins (which only had the number of years and a tiny crystal gemstone) we received a much larger, heavier pin that included the company name as well as years of service and the employee's name! The employees loved them and so do I! Now we can spend some of the savings on more recognition for our great team!!!

This is the 3rd time I have purchased these pins and in the past have been very happy with the result. This time there was inconsistency with the writing on the pin and on some it is perfect, others not so much. Disappointing. Not the quality I am used to from Baudville.
