We are in the middle of a system implementation and all of the team members received the pins. They are all thrilled and proud to be wearing them on their badges. Now everyone else wants to know how they can get one of the pins.

We used these pins as an appreciation token for the indiviudal employees that purchased and provide christmas presents to our Tribal Social Services for our tribe's foster childern. With the "Together We Can" project we were able to provide EVERY foster child in our tribe with a christmas present! We presented each employee with this pin along with an appreciation letter. Our employees wear these pins with pride, knowing that we were able to hit our goal because "Together We Can!"

We are doing TeamSTEPPS and read the book Our IceBerg Is Melting. Once the class was completed everyone was giving the pin. It was a huge hit, everyone proudly wears their pin.
