I had ordered 100 of these pins to give out for our Annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon. Our theme this year was "Hats off to you!" and we had decorated our tables in black, gold, & silver with top hats and balloons. We were excited to be able to give each of our volunteers a silver star for their hard work this year. We do not get a very big budget and I was a little skeptical to order these not knowing what to expect. (I did push our budget a little to get them and was wishing they were a little cheaper). Overall A+

We are planing on giving these to our volunteers at our annual recognition event, and to our "Angels" (holiday-season donors) during Christmas in July. Great quality at a great price.

I am giving these pins as Thank you gifts to my volunteers around Christmas. I found Christmas Tree note cards and the stars go perfectly. They come in a nice price and quantity so I can give them to all the wonderful people who make a difference at our school.

We created a "You Make the Difference" Award that is presented to one or more people each month along with this pin and a certificate. It's an excellent way to recognize team members that helped meet our team/dept goals.
