I purchased 6 of the You're a Gem product for our department employee recognition. The products are very good. I had a problem with a tag on one of the items that did not match the item. I emailed customer service and they were very good at getting another one sent out. I thought I was only going to get the correct tag for the item I had, but they sent me a no charge replacement of the entire item. That is customer service, I have told my collegues about Baudville for recognition items. And I would certainly shop here again.

Beautiful pins - we liked these better than the "Together We Can" pins we ordered - somehow these looked slightly higher quality (although overall we were happy with both styles). Beautiful presentation, perfect small thank-you gift for a volunteer.
