IDEA SUBMISSIONS TO BAUDVILLE SITES
We want to make it very clear that Baudville does not pay for ideas. However, we recognize that many of our customers are happy to provide comments and suggestions without any expectation of receiving anything in return other than an improved service from Baudville. In short, we serve our customers better by listening to and acting upon their comments, suggestions, and desires. So if you expect to be compensated in any way, do not send your ideas to Baudville. Ideas communicated to Baudville through this site, or by any other means, automatically become the property of Baudville, and Baudville is entitled to use any such submission for any purpose without restriction or compensation to the person sending the submission. Do not send drawings, examples, graphics, or other expressions or executions of an idea. If you do, such submissions will also become the property of Baudville for which you will not be compensated.

We collect name, postal address, email address, credit card and other Personally Identifiable Information as may be required to process an order, provide technical support, or deliver a service. Generally, this is the same information that is collected when you place an order or obtain a service from Baudville by telephone, fax, or mail. HOW COOKIES AND IP ADDRESSES ARE USED
As commonly practiced, the Baudville web server sends a “cookie” to your browser, which is stored on your hard disk. Cookies help make it easier for you to use our site, and they help us customize and improve our service. If your browser is set to not accept cookies you may not be able to use certain features on the Baudville site. The cookie doesn’t track any personal information about you or provide us with any way to contact you.
Baudville collects and tracks site traffic by IP address. Your IP address is a unique number assigned to your computer, and is associated with the use of an Internet browser.

ePraise.com is a link provided on our web site, ePraise is owned and operated by Baudville. This online recognition tool provides an easy way to send email cards. The personally identifiable information you provide us is treated the same as information provided on the Baudville.com site. We do not disclose the contents of the card other than to the recipient, except as required by law or a legal proceeding or investigation. Occasionally, in the normal course of business an employee of Baudville may view the contents of an email card while providing technical support or troubleshooting delivery systems, or contents will be scanned for keywords to summarize how, in general, the service is being used, or to assure compliance with the Terms of Use.
IDville.com is a link provided on our web site. IDville is owned and operated by Baudville. The information collection practices on this site are identified to the Baudville.com site.
HOW WE USE AND SHARE THE INFORMATION
The information we store enables you to check order and delivery status online. The information that you provide is also used as part of our effort to keep you informed about products and services, upgrades, and special offers of Baudville and selected third parties. You may opt out of such services by going to our online Mail Center and checking the boxes corresponding to the services you wish to cancel.
When you place an order online, your personal information is scrambled using industry-standard encryption technology and decoded on our secure server. Internally, we restrict access to personally identifiable information to employees who need access to the information in order to do their jobs.
CONTROLLING THE USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Baudville establishes contact settings based upon how a customer uses our services. For example, customers who purchase a product or service will receive a different level of contact than an inquiry-only customer. You may modify the default settings by accessing the Mail Center and selecting or deselecting the boxes corresponding to the services you wish to change. The services that may be changed in this way include: catalog and promotional email frequency, order tracking, Recognition Tips email service, and catalog and email address rental. If you receive an email from Baudville about a product or service, you may unsubscribe to future emails of similar kind. Doing so may automatically change the default settings described above, but will not necessarily eliminate all emails.
Baudville reserves the right to change, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time upon replacing this page on this site.
