Loved It! Might need more - high demand!

I was originally going to purchase this journal as a reward for the winners of a team-building activity I was coordinating; my boss liked it so much that he decided to order 30 of them to distribute to the rest of our team. The quality was superb and exactly what I wanted. This order was a RUSH order and the customer service was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone and would buy additional products from here as well.

Disappointed!

I had intended to give this as a Thank you present to our accountant. When it arrived it was missing the carefully selected words I had chosen to be imprinted on the cover.

Whatever went wrong with the Baudville website or the fact that the selection process is not user friendly the words did not appear.

Calling Baudville was not helpful either, they told me that they could not redo the cover or offer me even a discount to have it redone. But I could buy another item with the words I wanted, a pin! Really?!

The quality of the cover (fabric) was lovely though!

I bought this with the 'Teachers'comment for my son's preschool teacher. She absolutely loved it, she even got teary reading the inscription. She's made an awesome impact on my little one and I wanted to give her something meaningful rather than a giftcard or some knicknack. I use Baudville for my department and realized this is also a great way to recognize great effort and work outside of my workplace.

The quality of the bounded leatherette cover & the pages inside are a good quality as well. I would buy this again!
