I love the idea of this shout out. The format makes it simple to use - which should make implementation a snap. The cons - as others have noted, it falls off the stand immediately. And the 50th note is what is used to attach the pad to the stand - so really you get 49 sheets per pad. For the cost - I guess I was a little disappointed at that.

This is a great product for starting/maintaining peer to peer recognition program. Easy to use, we've found receiving these spawns healthy competition. Unfortunately the pad was separated from the display board when received. This was easily fixed with some super glue but unexpected and disappointing to have to do so.

This product is great idea and execution I just have to comment on manufacturing ... the pad is far too heavy and was part from board upon receipt. I would highly recommend that the pad itself be riveted and then a perforation be created to tear off the sheets because the whole pad is far too heavy to stay on board when hung or set up on a table.

The pad was separated from the cardboard which makes it's intended use not feasible. the pad needs to be adhered in a better fashion.

The team was suffering from some serious personality conflicts. This helped them see the good in each other and acknolwledge the skills and contributions of other team members.
