I really loved this idea and was greatly disappointed to have 4 out of the 5 items come with the post-its removed from the backing. Within a few minutes of standing up, the 5th one tore off as well. They are just too heavy to stay on. I had to return all 5 items. If they can come up with a better way to adhere the post-its, I will buy this product again.

Posted the items in a common area on a bulletin board. Need to find a new location to freshen up the use of the product.

I like to use this to recognize specific things that an employee has done that I appreicate, that adds value, that went above and beyond or whatever the situation calls for. It's easy, convenient and looks great!!

We have these pads in common areas so that employees can recognize peers in a timely, specific and sincere manner. Working well so far; employees like to give and receive these!

The employees LOVED it from the very beginning. They started using it right away and there was no need to explain or supervise.
The enjoy thanking their fellow employees. They also love to just read the shout outs on the wall. It's also great to find a shout out especially for you.
