      This was given to team members as recognition during national Customer Appreciation Week for all they do to make our customer experience excellent. All love the fact that the pen "talks" and it can be heard going off several times during the day. The only down side was that a few of them did not work.

      The pens were cute and fun--which is what we were looking for--but 1/3 of the suction cups didn't work and only about 1/2 of the pens would talk. That was disappointing. I'm not sure what the problem was because the foam to save the batteries were in all the pens.

            This is a cute, fun pen. It makes you smile just to look at it. When you push the bobblehead and it talks, you can't help but laugh. However, the bobblehead quit talking after just a few times. It didn't even make it through one day. Cute but disappointing.

                This was an addition to an Employee of the Year basket full of goodies. He is adorable and fun and thrilled his recipient.
                Beware though - I did have to call and order a replacement because the first one shipped did not talk. Totally worth the extra day's wait.

                            We were looking for something for approx. 125 employees but we had limited funds. This item was multi functional for us. The item we chose was a pen, the message on the pen told each of our employees "you're truly appreciated" and the bobble head when pressed said "Wow, we greatly appreciate your efforts and dedication". They were well received.
