      Our department reorganized this year, which included the hiring of a new Director. His task to keep the department moving forward with the miriad of projects on our plate, but also raise the moral of staff that were noticibly not happy. His mantra was "Unified Face." We used these 'Lead by Example' tokens to thank the leadership team (from the CIO down to the front line supervisors) for their hard work during the first 6 months of the reorganization and to have an opportunity to look forward to the next 6 months.

      They were very well received and the gesture was appreciated.

            We are giving the gifts to our managers when they get their raises. They lead the departments and our workforce, and we want to show our appreciation of their efforts.
            We love the pen/key chain set and think it will be received enthusuastically.
            The customer service was excellent. I love the packaging (which showed your shipping department cared) and felt our order (although small) was a priority.

                This was a service award State Level for art teachers. It was exactly what I wanted and the sentiment was perfect. The service was amazing.                         I love this product. A very nice way to show appreciation with something that is useful. I would have liked to have the option of putting our corporate logo on the box, or the back of the keychain. Also initials on the pen would be ideal.
