We were so excited to get our pens and pass them out to our Star Performers, but were disappointed that the words 'Great Job' rubbed off after less than a week of use. The pens write very nice and smoothly, but it would be nice to see a daily reminder for the life of the pen that you did a Great Job!

Used in combination with the "You Rock!" pens as celebratory gifts - part of 10 days of random fun celebrating 10 years in our current building.
While both pens are fun and everyone enjoyed them, this one wasn't quite as popular as the other and it also is a bit "top heavy" so it doesn't stand as well.
