It's great that there are a variety of "kudos" to give out to your staff for a job well done. We purchased the "Totally Awesome" "Teamwork" and "Making a World of Difference" to use for the different committees and staffs that are run out of the department. We've only heard good things from the staff members so far and we like how you can purchase refills separately rather than having to purchase a brand new caboodle.

The caboodle is nice, the actual caboodle and the notes are smaller than I expected. It was pricy so I wanted a bit more out of it. I probably will not be purchasing it again unless it's a huge hit with the staff which I haven't gaged yet. As for the innovation of it and the content, it's fantastic no one else is doing anything like it and it's great for Y Generation employees and for ones a bit older.

Cards too small

The cards are too small and definitely not what I expected. The product looks deceptively bigger in the catalog. The price was also too expensive for the product that I received.

The catalog also does not list the size of the cards. It only lists the size of the holders. Before you buy this product, get out a ruler and measure 2 1/2 by 3 3/4 inches - that's the size of each individual card.

Although the concept is great, the implementation is not.
