A great way to identify the team and develop team spirit. The breakaway lanyard works well for our needs.

These lanyards are great! They are silky smooth opposed to those rough ones from other places. The team I work with think they are great looking and feel it's a great way to show that they are appreciated.

We ordered these for teacher recognition. Although the quality of the materials is excellent, the main selling point for us was the description as "breakaway". Obviously our idea and the vendor's idea of what that meant was different. I purchased the lanyards as staff Christmas gifts and to reflect our new way of thinking; I was disappointed to find the lanyards look cheap--not the message I wanted to convey. I overheard several of my staff discussing the item; one said I shouldn't purchase gifts if I can't afford something nice, and another said he could see the item beginning to fray already and he hadn't even put it on. If I'd had the time before Winter break I would have returned the lanyards and gone elsewhere for gifts.
