Appreciation for Staff Newsletter Submissions

"We publish a quarterly newsletter for our agency. When a staff member makes a submission, we write a personal thank you note (right away) acknowledging their efforts, along with a gift card to a coffee house nearby. They can reward themselves with a cup of coffee and pastry on us! Staff feels great about the appreciation we have for them."
