Spice up Office Meetings
"When I came aboard this practice everyone was skeptical, so I started a practice of ending every office meeting with some sort of fun game. We recently did a Baby Contest. Each brought in a baby picture, I posted them on a board and next to them I wrote out a saying that we all can tell immediately who is who. For an example one of my nurse's always knows trivia regarding old movies, the actors and the plot. So next to her baby picture I wrote " The name of that movie is_____, the star of the movie is_____ etc. It was a lot of fun and everyone loved playing the game. A grand prize was given to the winner as well. I am always looking for something to do at the end of our office meetings."
