Spring Cleaning Time Recognizes Employees’ Hard Work

“In the spring, we do a department spring cleaning where we give everyone some time to clean out their file drawers, in-baskets, clear the clutter from their desks, the department file cabinets, etc.  We provide basic cleaning supplies like glass cleaner, anti-bacterial wipes, etc.  After about 30-45 minutes of spring cleaning, we serve popsicles or ice cream treats.”
