Charges for shipments outside the continental USA are subject to a surcharge. Shipping charge total will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Delivery Times
All of our in-stock items ship the same day you order if your order is placed by 6 p.m. ET. Engrave & Ship today items will be shipped out the same day if personalization is approved by 4pm ET. Delivery to the 48 contiguous states takes 2-5 business days. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico takes 5-7 business days. We will not deliver to a Post Office box.

If you need to return an unused product for any reason, we'll be happy to credit your account, exchange the item or give you a refund for the cost of the merchandise if returned within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Simply follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip; then send the merchandise and packing slip back to Baudville; it's that easy! We recommend that you return your package by a carrier that requires a signature (FedEx, UPS, or Certified US Mail). Please retain tracking information until credit has been received.
Please Note: Returns of custom (items with your logo or artwork) and personalized (items that have a nameplate or engraved names/awards on them) merchandise are not accepted unless authorized by a Baudville representative.
