I am the outlet manager (restaurants & bars) for a hotel in Frisco, TX (north dallas). We celebrate operations week each year and our outlet team is paired with our engineering team, both teams were delighted with the key chains and we gave them a card with the starfish story on it. In our business we have lots of Starfish (our guests and each other) we make a diffrence for them everyday.
